## In plain language

The work is almost done. Many updates are ready. A new concept is made. It is a higher level. It is above workspaces, accounts, and brands. It is for sub-brands or microsites. You can launch them easily. You can do backlinking. Backlinking is links from one site to another. It helps with search engines. You can do it from the parent brand. You can also do it the other way. The onboarding process is overhauled. Onboarding is the start of using a product. The MCP is mentioned. MCP is a tool. It is used for managing content.

The quality loop takes a long time. The quality loop is checking and fixing. Many other things are done at the same time. The user journey is improved. The user journey is the steps a user takes. You can see session replays. A session replay shows what a user does. It matches the user journey. You can see why users drop off. Dropping off is leaving a site. You can see what users do. All session behavior is downloadable. It is in markdown or JSON. Markdown and JSON are file types. Agents can understand trends quickly. Experiments are one-click. They give free variants of copy. Copy is the text on a site. It is for CTA or header tags. CTA is Call To Action. It tells users what to do. Header tags are titles on a site.

Many brands are launched. You can understand messaging. Messaging is the words used. You can see what works. You can see where and why. Bot requests are seen. Bots are automated programs. 92% are verified. 8% are automations. Many bots say they are cloud bots. Their IPs do not match. IPs are internet addresses. Experiments should happen. The UI is improved. UI is User Interface. It is how users interact with a site. Everything is part of the MCP. The pages you can see are social. Social is for social media. You can connect Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube. You can have a box format. All stuff can be pushed easily. You can get retention data. Retention data is how users stay. Tech talk is mentioned.

More demos will be sent. Demos are examples. They will be sent when everything is live. Live means working. Vendors like Library Studio are mentioned. Everything built might merge. It might merge into analytics. Analytics is data about users. It is under different tabs. Tabs are sections on a site. Search Console and Google Analytics are mentioned. You can see content performance. Performance is how well something does. AI visibility is built. AI is Artificial Intelligence. Two views are built. They are for Kelly's yoga site. You can see what you are ranked. Ranked is your position. You can see who is ranking. You can see the evidence. Evidence is proof. It is for specific queries. Queries are searches. Your sources cited are mentioned. Cited means mentioned. Keyword research is worked on. Keywords are words users search. A UI plan is mentioned. It is for keyword research. It will be fix

[0:00] All right, man.

[0:01] To say I've been going ham has been a little bit of an

[0:03] understatement, but things are starting

[0:05] to come along.

[0:06] Like,

[0:07] one update is, so

[0:09] I created this concept.

[0:10] Obviously you have concept of like workspaces,

[0:13] accounts,

[0:13] brands, whatever, but

[0:15] created a higher hierarchy.

[0:17] So you can have,

[0:18] like sub brands or like microsites,

[0:20] and easily launch from and start doing back linking

[0:23] to the

[0:24] microsites from your parent brand and vice

[0:27] versa.

[0:27] you've already seen all the leads,

[0:29] the been going a little bit

[0:31] ham on like overview, like

[0:33] overhauling the whole onboarding process and everything

[0:35] through the MCP, but,

[0:36] One thing that's just been taking forever is like

[0:38] just constantly going through that quality loop.

[0:41] So in parallel, I've been doing like 10 other

[0:43] things.

[0:43] one of which is,

[0:45] just improving.

[0:46] Currently have another plan to improve

[0:48] UI here, but you can pretty

[0:50] easily,

[0:51] understand like user journeys.

[0:52] And then one thing for

[0:54] like actually seeing the intersection between a

[0:56] session replay and a plan is like,

[0:59] as you start to look through a user journey, then you

[1:01] can click in and see like

[1:03] the associated session.

[1:04] Replays that match that user journey.

[1:07] So like, as you're trying to understand, like

[1:08] why someone's dropping off or

[1:11] like, what is it necessarily

[1:12] causing us?

[1:13] you can easily see like, Hey, what,

[1:16] what did they actually do?

[1:17] And then all of the session

[1:20] behavior is,

[1:21] downloadable via markdown, JSON.

[1:23] so agents can.

[1:24] Quickly understand trends.

[1:25] And then the idea behind the experimentation

[1:28] is same thing as before, where

[1:30] it's like one click experiments.

[1:31] it will automatically give you free,

[1:34] variants of like copy

[1:36] for your CTA or header tags.

[1:38] and like really what trying to get at is like,

[1:41] as both, like we launched different brands, but

[1:43] like also as someone tries

[1:45] to like understand by idea of like what

[1:48] messaging is working across which channels,

[1:50] where and why.

[1:51] and then you can easily see like bot requests.

[1:54] One thing that I thought was super interesting was like,

[1:56] there's a lot,

[1:57] like you can see 92 % verified 8

[2:00] % automations.

[2:01] there's a lot of bots coming in and saying that they're like

[2:03] cloud bot, but like the IPs don't seem to match

[2:05] up.

[2:06] which I thought was super interesting,

[2:08] like not entirely sure, but like probably

[2:10] nothing like super great happening there if that's the

[2:13] case.

[2:13] so all those experiments should happen.

[2:15] this, like this whole,

[2:17] UI I'm working through,

[2:18] improving, I guess the idea is also that like

[2:20] everything's V of MCP.

[2:22] So UI isn't like super important.

[2:23] the pages you can see

[2:26] social,

[2:26] you, the idea is that you can easily,

[2:29] connect Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube,

[2:31] and then have a like box format, all the

[2:33] stuff.

[2:34] So that,

[2:34] everything,

[2:35] can easily be pushed and then you can get like retention

[2:37] data from tech talk.

[2:38] I'll send some more,

[2:39] demos of that once I like have everything

[2:41] like live.

[2:42] so vendors like the library studio,

[2:44] everything you built,

[2:45] This might merge all of us into

[2:47] analytics just under different tabs for like Search

[2:49] Console and Google Analytics.

[2:51] you can see content performance over time.

[2:53] and then for AI visibility,

[2:55] I built like two views for right now.

[2:57] I'm still revamping this.

[2:58] this is just Kelly's yoga site.

[3:00] So probably not like the most helpful, but

[3:02] you can easily see like what you're ranked

[3:04] across,

[3:05] who's ranking,

[3:05] what the evidence is for like specific queries,

[3:08] like private,

[3:09] your sources cited.

[3:10] So, and then,

[3:11] the one thing that I've been working on for like

[3:13] keyword research,

[3:14] this is another UI that I have a plan

[3:17] going into like actually fix the proper UI,

[3:19] but,

[3:20] ideally utilizing,

[3:22] utilizing keyword

[3:24] volume to recommend,

[3:25] Topic clusters or keyword clusters

[3:27] for, that you should target,

[3:29] for LMs.

[3:30] And the idea being that like,

[3:32] there's some equivalency that,

[3:34] or the intersection between like SEO and,

[3:37] AEO or whatever we're calling it now

[3:38] and automatically

[3:40] recommend like, which prompts to track,

[3:42] based on volume, but also like,

[3:44] like what you think you can actually target for

[3:47] and then recommend what to build.

[3:49] so that's all still coming.

[3:51] Everything's coming together, but like

[3:53] fucking spent maybe a

[3:55] million years on this already.

[3:56] but things are coming along.

[3:58] And then also like in AI visibility, I

[4:00] just built like the uneasy way to put like your

[4:03] own keys.

[4:03] So you can easily,

[4:04] put your own keys if we want to make like some freemium

[4:07] offering.

[4:07] scheduling and meeting recording are all up here.

[4:09] I think you've already seen those.

[4:11] but yeah, that's a, I would say quick five

[4:14] minute update, but that's where everything

[4:16] sits today.

[4:17] The, the key things that are

[4:19] like still blocking right now is just like

[4:21] overall finishing a lot of

[4:23] these like website qualities,

[4:25] revamping the UI for keyword

[4:27] research.

[4:27] there's a couple just like user journey stuff

[4:29] and AI visibility that is

[4:32] getting pushed through and then,

[4:33] the main thing is just really been like that

[4:36] constant cycle.

[4:37] So I've been doing a lot of things in parallel of like

[4:39] build website, how's the quality

[4:41] then,

[4:42] like for example, like even ideas, like some of this,

[4:44] I haven't really focused a lot on like trying to

[4:46] get UI to look super good.

[4:48] Cause like.

[4:49] Obviously, people will be doing this for their MCP,

[4:51] but also,

[4:52] I just, the UI will probably be the last

[4:54] thing that I finish in terms of, like, everything looking

[4:56] great.

[4:57] but feels like it's really fucking close, man, and

[4:59] starting to get to a point where, like, things actually add value.
