1. 0:00All right, man.
2. 0:01To say I've been going ham has been a little bit of an
3. 0:03understatement, but things are starting
4. 0:05to come along.
5. 0:06Like,
6. 0:07one update is, so
7. 0:09I created this concept.
8. 0:10Obviously you have concept of like workspaces,
9. 0:13accounts,
10. 0:13brands, whatever, but
11. 0:15created a higher hierarchy.
12. 0:17So you can have,
13. 0:18like sub brands or like microsites,
14. 0:20and easily launch from and start doing back linking
15. 0:23to the
16. 0:24microsites from your parent brand and vice
17. 0:27versa.
18. 0:27you've already seen all the leads,
19. 0:28the been going a little bit
20. 0:31ham on like overview, like
21. 0:33overhauling the whole onboarding process and everything
22. 0:35through the MCP, but,
23. 0:36One thing that's just been taking forever is like
24. 0:38just constantly going through that quality loop.
25. 0:41So in parallel, I've been doing like 10 other
26. 0:43things.
27. 0:43one of which is,
28. 0:45just improving.
29. 0:46Currently have another plan to improve
30. 0:48UI here, but you can pretty
31. 0:50easily,
32. 0:51understand like user journeys.
33. 0:52And then one thing for
34. 0:54like actually seeing the intersection between a
35. 0:56session replay and a plan is like,
36. 0:59as you start to look through a user journey, then you
37. 1:01can click in and see like
38. 1:03the associated session.
39. 1:04Replays that match that user journey.
40. 1:07So like, as you're trying to understand, like
41. 1:08why someone's dropping off or
42. 1:10like, what is it necessarily
43. 1:12causing us?
44. 1:13you can easily see like, Hey, what,
45. 1:16what did they actually do?
46. 1:17And then all of the session
47. 1:20behavior is,
48. 1:21downloadable via markdown, JSON.
49. 1:23so agents can.
50. 1:24Quickly understand trends.
51. 1:25And then the idea behind the experimentation
52. 1:28is same thing as before, where
53. 1:30it's like one click experiments.
54. 1:31it will automatically give you free,
55. 1:34variants of like copy
56. 1:36for your CTA or header tags.
57. 1:38and like really what trying to get at is like,
58. 1:41as both, like we launched different brands, but
59. 1:43like also as someone tries
60. 1:45to like understand by idea of like what
61. 1:48messaging is working across which channels,
62. 1:50where and why.
63. 1:51and then you can easily see like bot requests.
64. 1:54One thing that I thought was super interesting was like,
65. 1:56there's a lot,
66. 1:57like you can see 92 % verified 8
67. 2:00% automations.
68. 2:01there's a lot of bots coming in and saying that they're like
69. 2:03cloud bot, but like the IPs don't seem to match
70. 2:05up.
71. 2:06which I thought was super interesting,
72. 2:08like not entirely sure, but like probably
73. 2:10nothing like super great happening there if that's the
74. 2:12case.
75. 2:13so all those experiments should happen.
76. 2:15this, like this whole,
77. 2:17UI I'm working through,
78. 2:18improving, I guess the idea is also that like
79. 2:20everything's V of MCP.
80. 2:22So UI isn't like super important.
81. 2:23the pages you can see
82. 2:26social,
83. 2:26you, the idea is that you can easily,
84. 2:29connect Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube,
85. 2:31and then have a like box format, all the
86. 2:33stuff.
87. 2:34So that,
88. 2:34everything,
89. 2:35can easily be pushed and then you can get like retention
90. 2:37data from tech talk.
91. 2:38I'll send some more,
92. 2:39demos of that once I like have everything
93. 2:41like live.
94. 2:42so vendors like the library studio,
95. 2:44everything you built,
96. 2:45This might merge all of us into
97. 2:47analytics just under different tabs for like Search
98. 2:49Console and Google Analytics.
99. 2:51you can see content performance over time.
100. 2:53and then for AI visibility,
101. 2:55I built like two views for right now.
102. 2:57I'm still revamping this.
103. 2:58this is just Kelly's yoga site.
104. 3:00So probably not like the most helpful, but
105. 3:02you can easily see like what you're ranked
106. 3:04across,
107. 3:05who's ranking,
108. 3:05what the evidence is for like specific queries,
109. 3:08like private,
110. 3:09your sources cited.
111. 3:10So, and then,
112. 3:11the one thing that I've been working on for like
113. 3:13keyword research,
114. 3:14this is another UI that I have a plan
115. 3:17going into like actually fix the proper UI,
116. 3:19but,
117. 3:20ideally utilizing,
118. 3:21utilizing keyword
119. 3:24volume to recommend,
120. 3:25Topic clusters or keyword clusters
121. 3:27for, that you should target,
122. 3:29for LMs.
123. 3:30And the idea being that like,
124. 3:32there's some equivalency that,
125. 3:34or the intersection between like SEO and,
126. 3:37AEO or whatever we're calling it now
127. 3:38and automatically
128. 3:40recommend like, which prompts to track,
129. 3:42based on volume, but also like,
130. 3:44like what you think you can actually target for
131. 3:47and then recommend what to build.
132. 3:49so that's all still coming.
133. 3:50Everything's coming together, but like
134. 3:53fucking spent maybe a
135. 3:55million years on this already.
136. 3:56but things are coming along.
137. 3:58And then also like in AI visibility, I
138. 4:00just built like the uneasy way to put like your
139. 4:03own keys.
140. 4:03So you can easily,
141. 4:04put your own keys if we want to make like some freemium
142. 4:06offering.
143. 4:07scheduling and meeting recording are all up here.
144. 4:09I think you've already seen those.
145. 4:11but yeah, that's a, I would say quick five
146. 4:14minute update, but that's where everything
147. 4:16sits today.
148. 4:17The, the key things that are
149. 4:19like still blocking right now is just like
150. 4:21overall finishing a lot of
151. 4:23these like website qualities,
152. 4:25revamping the UI for keyword
153. 4:27research.
154. 4:27there's a couple just like user journey stuff
155. 4:29and AI visibility that is
156. 4:32getting pushed through and then,
157. 4:33the main thing is just really been like that
158. 4:36constant cycle.
159. 4:36So I've been doing a lot of things in parallel of like
160. 4:39build website, how's the quality
161. 4:41then,
162. 4:42like for example, like even ideas, like some of this,
163. 4:44I haven't really focused a lot on like trying to
164. 4:46get UI to look super good.
165. 4:48Cause like.
166. 4:49Obviously, people will be doing this for their MCP,
167. 4:51but also,
168. 4:52I just, the UI will probably be the last
169. 4:54thing that I finish in terms of, like, everything looking
170. 4:56great.
171. 4:57but feels like it's really fucking close, man, and
172. 4:59starting to get to a point where, like, things actually add value.
